We are looking for an AI/OPS Engineer to join our international team, who will design and deploy AI solutions (especially LLM models) in the field of IT operations. You will tune models, build workflows, teach colleagues how to use AI tools—all in the environment of a large global organization. What will you do
- You will design and deploy AI tools for specific IT operations scenarios
- You will optimize open-source LLM models for internal needs – from installation to fine-tuning
- You will build an end-to-end pipeline for training, evaluating, and deploying models
- You will monitor model performance and continuously improve them
- You will also participate in internal training – you will help other teams understand and use AI tools
Team and collaboration: You will work in an international team within a large technology platform that provides IT operational services to dozens of entities across Europe. English is the everyday language of communication. Remote collaboration is a matter of course.
How we work: Full remote mode. We prefer candidates from the Czech Republic. We expect personal responsibility, a desire to move things forward, and the ability to say what you need.

What you should know:
- Experience with workflow development in TypeScript (Mastra AI or similar frameworks are an advantage)
- Advanced knowledge of ML algorithms and deep learning frameworks
- Experience with open-source LLM models – installation, configuration, fine-tuning, and deployment
- Knowledge of ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face...)
- Ability to train internal teams and communicate across departments
Advantage:
- Experience with multimodal models (text + image + audio)
- Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects
- Knowledge of AI ethics and data privacy topics
Technology
