  1. You will first have a 'get to know each other' interview with a recruiter. You will discuss over the phone or online what both parties are looking for and offering.
  2. You'll meet with an HR consultant and an expert supervisor. Their job is to get to know you better and find the right project for you.
  3. Together, we'll go through our range of internal and client projects and discuss what would be most interesting for you.
  4. With your consent, we will send your CV to clients for selected projects and schedule an interview.
  5. The last step is the signing of the employment documents or order, and your joining a project.

 

The environment at PRINCIPAL

You can work from anywhere, but if you want a place where you can meet others, you can use our offices (hub) in Kavčí Hory. During breaks, you can enjoy good coffee, challenge your colleagues to a game of table football, or participate in one of our courses.

Cooperation as a self-employed person

Do you want to work based on an IČO? No problem! We'll agree on a specific project and terms, prepare an order and you're good to go. Once the client approves the statement of work, you issue an invoice and you're done. Do you need a laptop, a monitor or something else? Relax - we'll rent you the equipment you need.

If you decide to be our employee, we will sign an employment contract together. You'll receive a regular salary each month and we'll match you with projects based on your expertise. You will work on projects at our expense and get the security and benefits offered to employees.

Can't work full-time? No problem at all. We'll set the scope and terms of the collaboration and find you a project that fits your schedule and skills perfectly. However, you should be aware that there are fewer part-time projects on offer.
