For our client – a global tech. company operating in the field of data platforms and SaaS solutions – we are looking for a Head of Product Design who will lead a major transformation of the user experience of a complex data product. The company builds a powerful data operating system used by data-driven organizations worldwide. This role is ideal for a senior design leader who can seamlessly connect product design, AI, and customer experience.
What will you do
- Define and lead the design vision across the entire platform.
- Own the end-toend user and customer experience (UX/CX) of a complex B2B product.
- Own and implement AI into design workflows, research, and prototyping processes.
- Design and evolve scalable design systems, interaction models, and CX frameworks.
- Work on hands-on design work alongside the team, balancing strategy with execution.
- Build, mentor, and lead a small, high-impact product design team.
- Closely cooperate with Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market teams.

Expert experience
- Proven experience in a senior product design leadership role within a SaaS or B2B environment.
- Background in designing products in complex, technical, or data-driven domains.
- Strong understanding and practical use of AI in design workflows and product experiences.
- Data-driven product mindset supported by research, analytics, and customer feedback.
- Demonstrated ability to transform “functional but complex” products into intuitive, delightful experiences.
- Pragmatic approach – balancing craft, speed, and delivery.
- Experience leading, mentoring, and developing designers.
