As a Business Process Specialist (ITIL), you will manage key IT processes – incident, problem, change, and configuration. Your task will be to lead the resolution of serious incidents, identify their causes, and ensure the smooth running of services. The job also includes managing Change Advisory Board meetings and supporting CMDB quality, with a direct impact on the satisfaction of our clients in the insurance industry.

- Detailed knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices, ability to ensure that incidents are resolved in accordance with industry standards
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify the causes of incidents and propose effective solutions
- Ability to work effectively as a member of an on-call team providing 24/7 support
- Excellent communication skills to ensure coordination between technical teams, management, and stakeholders during incidents
- Ability to handle work in a stressful environment and manage your time effectively
- Proactive approach to improving existing processes

- Czech, English (spoken and written)
