What will you do

Your Mission:

• Map and analyze current processes used by business partners for tour planning within the company’s ecosystem
• Identify dysfunctional areas, propose and implement solutions aligned with business goals and user stories
• Ensure new solutions are intuitive, user-friendly, and meet the needs of business partners

What we need

• Experience: 4 years and more
• Expert experience:
  • Has solid knowledge of Human-Centered Design (HCD) practices and experience working with them
  • Is passionate about service design and end-to-end process understanding
  • Ensures a thorough understanding of the problem before diving into design
  • Questions both the problem’s validity and the proposed solution
  • Is proactive, curious, and determined to learn about projects and processes
  • Enjoys collaborating with people from various areas and is open-minded during design discussions
  • Has experience with UX research methodologies (e.g., interviews, usability testing)
  • Is skilled in prototyping and testing while being open to discarding ideas that don’t work
  • Works effectively in an Agile environment, using iterative approaches
  • Strives for efficiency and effectiveness
  • Never stops learning
